                Portal URL
                
                  The URL FOR the school e-portal is http://e-portal.fss-oyo.edu.ng
                
                Pre-requisite for using the school portal
                
                    
                 -  You must be a bona-fide admitted student of Federal School of Surveying, Oyo.
 
                 - You must have paid your school fees or any payment as directed by the School Authority.
 
                   
                
                You can do the following in the school portal
                
                 
                 -  Activation of your student portal account
 
                 - Course registration
 
                - Payment
 
                - Printing out document like course form, Registration  slip, admission letter, clearance form, result sheet etc.
 
                - Application for bed space in the school hostel
 
                 - Result checking
 
                 - Update basic & contact information
 
                 
                   
                 
                PORTAL ACCOUNT ACTIVATION
                
                 
                 -  Enter www.e-portal.fss-oyo.edu.ng  in your browser.
 
                 - At the log-in form, (at the bottom part). Click on register your account’’ link.
 
                - At the new emerging web page “Portal Account Activation’’. Click on  “Fresher”  Tab
 
                - Enter the RRR you used to pay your school fees, working e-mail and the Application number given to you in the admission portal. Click submit.
 
                - Check your e-mail to fetch your new password
 
                  (You can access to your profile with the Application No, password and your email)
                 
                   
                COURSE REGISTRATION
                NOTE: Before you can register any course you must have updated your profile with your matric No
                 
                 -  Click on course Registration at the right panel menu. The courses for your level( HND1, ND2 etc.). will be displayed.
 
                 - Select courses as appropriate.
 
                - Click on Register now button.
 
                - Print out your course form.
 
                 
                 HOW TO PRINT COURSE FORM
                After registering for courses in a semester you can print out your course form.
                 
                 - Click report on the left panel menu..
 
                 - Select  “Course form”.
 
                - Click ‘‘View Now’’ button.
 
                - Print out your course form.
 
                 
                HOW TO CHECK YOUR RESULT
                 
                 - Click report on the left panel menu..
 
                 - Select  “Course form”.
 
                - Click ‘‘View Now’’ button.
 
                
                PRINTING OF DOCUMENT (Registration slip, course form, payment clearance etc.)
                
                 
                 - Click report on the left panel menu.
 
                 - Select the document of your choice.
 
                 - Click on ‘’View ‘’ button
 
                
                HOW TO UPDATE  DATA
                
                 
                 - Click ‘’update data’’ menu from the left .
 
                 - Scroll to applicable section e .g Basic data, Contact data.
 
                 - Click on edit and then make correction to the appropriate data
 
                 - Click on ‘’Save update’’ to save your update
